The Links of Kent sits on the edge of the Thames River, and on a clear evening in late spring, the light that comes across that water is worth building a timeline around. Meagan and Francisco’s wedding gave us exactly that.
The ceremony was held in the River Deck Room. Intimate, warm, the kind of setting where the room does most of the work and the photographer just needs to stay out of its way. Laurie McCarthy from Styled Co. had the reception dialled in — every detail considered, nothing overdone. By the time golden hour arrived, the light did what it does at that venue when the conditions are right. We made the most of it.
