Their Story…

Hi everyone! I believe Jeff and I deserve to Win a Wedding for several different reasons. We will let you in our lives by telling you a short story of our relationship. We first met at our friends wedding, and have been together every since. We lived in different cities, but it never stopped us from seeing each other almost every weekend. We always have a good time together, either going out with friends or just us, or just staying in playing games, doing puzzles , watching movies.

Last year, on Valentine’s Day he made me a special candle lit dinner and proposed. It was so romantic! We couldn’t start planning our wedding yet, we had other things to take care of first. But it was a symbol that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, “until we are old and grumpy” as we joke.

On July 1st we were blessed with the birth of our little girl. The new parenthood role hasn’t been easy but it only made us grow stronger and closer as a couple. She has brought us great joys.

I don’t have any family in Canada, and from the beginning his family has taken me in as one of them. And recently we was able to meet my family in person, and even though there was a language barrier they got a long very well.

Jeff is an amazing dad and an awesome partner; he respects the differences of our cultures. He is always there to support me and give me the best hugs ever.

What I am trying today is that we deserve to win a wedding because we truly love and respect each other. And it doesn’t matter what struggle we go through from pregnancy, risks and childbirth, to sickness and financial issues we are always there for each other. We can’t wait to celebrate this love with friends and family. But we can’t afford it right now, it is hard to consider spending money on us when we have a little one to take care of. Winning it would be a dream come true.
